Connecting the Dots: How to Get to the Other Side of
the Road
It's the chicken and the egg all over again - You want
to grow professionally, but you can't figure out how
because you don't have the experience or the network
to get those opportunities. Or you're well known for
what you do now, but want people to see you for new
skills you could offer if only given the chance. We'll
have
a conversation about how to assess what leadership
skills you have, how to figure out what you want to
do and what
opportunities there are to develop new skills.
